TOM ELDER AS FIRM’S DIRECTOR OF SEC REPORTING
HOUSTON, TX (September 30, 2009) – The national CPA firm of UHY LLP recently announced the appointment of Tom Elder, a Houston-based audit partner, as the firm’s Director of SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) Reporting.

With more than 20 years of auditing experience, including various positions with Ernst & Young spanning nine years, Tom will also continue to serve as audit partner and have responsibility directing audit engagements in UHY LLP’s Houston office.
